“We recognised the forbidding situation of the skill gap in India along with regular struggles of students, trainers, recruiters as well as corporate, at large. Keeping in mind to achieve the dual objective – elevating employability and increasing ROI for companies via hiring of the right human resources, our Mytat and Lrnable platforms would help identify the skill gaps, enhance/ upgrade skills and bridge the academia-industry gap.”
Mytat currently offers skill-building across IT/ITES, BFSI, Pharma, Hospitality, Fashion and many more sectors. Mytat platforms have been in beta use for more than a year as we developed a simple and efficient platform through constant user validation duly addressing needs of various stakeholders in the supply chain, at different points in time. In the last two to three years, the company has provided its recruitment assessment services and solutions to many organisations with a high success rate. Mytat has worked with companies like HCL, Sapient, Quess Corp etc in the past and continue to support companies including Quess Corp, Barcode, Hinduja Tech, Hitachi etc
Speaking on the youth and employability, Om Narayan, Head- Enterprise Business Solutions and Academia Relations, Mytat said, “We need to keep up with the changing times, understanding the futuristic industry needs. As new technologies are disrupting industries and new job roles are emerging, the skills required for these new jobs are also going to be different. At Mytat, we are committed to empowering the youth to build these new skills. The shortage of talent on new-age skills is quite noticeable. In our journey to bridge the academia-industry, we would begin with assessing the skills to measure their current skill level and would provide the candidates with need-based learning modules. All our efforts are dedicated to build a talent hub in India, beginning with Rajasthan.”
