Studybase is funded by Rajasthan Govt. under iStart/TechnoFund program, received by Anuj Ahuja, Founder of Studybase during DigiFest22 in-person from the Honorable Chief Minister of Rajasthan Shri Ashok Gehlot. Studybase is one of the first startup selected for newly developed incubation center in the Bikaner.
Studybase started from Bikaner and working with more than 500+ schools in 15+ cities and 4 states with office in saveral cities in Rajasthan. Studybase is also recently funded by IIM Udaipur Incubation centre and part of Micorsoft Startup program. Studybase is very popular in Bikaner almost like household name among parents.
There are 4 Lakhs private and 12 Lakhs public schools with over 27cr students. Studybase is focusing on three areas 1. Digitization of schools 2. Financial solutions for parents and digitation of payments 3. Cloud-based and mobile-first content delivery platform that is safe for school kids.Â
Anuj Ahuja, founder of Studybase, our bikaner boy, did master’s in computer sciences, lived in Banglaore for 10 Years, and lived in Amsterdam for 10 years and worked with some of the top tech companies in Europe. In 2019, Anuj decided to come back to India to help Indian Education with Technology and founded Studybase with his brother Aashish Ahuja.
Rajasthan Government’s iStart is doing three things for all the young Entrepreneurs: First providing mentorship – it is always better to learn from people who have been there and done that, and also have a lot of experience and expertise in specific areas. Second: there are connecting, they are doing a very good matching job in connecting people from the industry, matching you with the right people for collaboration, exploration, or funding. The third is that iStart is financially supporting startups at
various stages.
Anuj Ahuja says: We already have seen successful businesses, startups, and unicorns coming out of Rajasthan. I believe that programs like iStart and DigiFeast will bootstrap, supercharge and accelerate the Startups ecosystem, it will further empower people and improve quality of life.
