17th National Convention of NAREDCO

The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) Rajasthan Chapter is proud to announce the 17th National Convention of NAREDCO, scheduled to take place on August 29–30, 2025, in New Delhi. The convention, supported by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, will place a strong focus on reinforcing Rajasthan’s push for inclusive urbanisation, infrastructure expansion, and investment-friendly policy reforms.

Rajasthan’s urban story, anchored in cities like Jaipur, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Bharatpur, Udaipur and Kota, is evolving rapidly, with new smart cities, heritage redevelopment, and logistics-driven industrial zones. This momentum makes the state a critical voice in shaping India’s future housing and urban policy.

Shri Ashok Patni, State Convenor and Vice Chairman, NAREDCO Rajasthan, shared: “From the redevelopment of Jaipur’s Walled City under the Smart Cities Mission to solar-powered housing clusters in Bikaner, Rajasthan is building the future. The state is also witnessing the rise of greenfield industrial corridors and smart townships including the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) nodes in Khushkhera Bhiwadi Neemrana (KBN) and Jodhpur Pali Marwar, along with new airport-driven urban expansion in Kishangarh and Kota.

These projects, coupled with initiatives in affordable housing, heritage conservation, and logistics-driven growth, are redefining Rajasthan’s real estate and infrastructure landscape. Notably, the Union Cabinet has recently approved a ₹1,507-crore greenfield airport project at Kota Bundi to be executed by the Airports Authority of India, further strengthening the state’s connectivity and growth potential.”

The curtain raiser focused on the need for RERA strengthening, land pooling reforms, and municipal innovation in cities of Rajasthan to complement the national blueprint being shaped at the upcoming convention.
