STIHL India launched the STIHL Rajasthan Parivartan Yatra, an initiative aimed at promoting modern farm mechanization across the state. The yatra was flagged off today from STIHL Authorized Dealer – Gayu Agro by Dr. A.S. Balodawho is the Head of the Entomology Division at the Rajasthan Agricultural Research Institute (RARI) – Jaipur, along with Mr. Dayal Singh Chaudhary, former Director of the State Institute of Agriculture.
The event was attended by senior officials from STIHL India, including Mr. Dhiraj Kumar (Regional Head – North), Mr. Pradumn Chaturvedi (Trade Marketing Manager), and Mr. Davinder Singh (State Head), who provided insights into the company’s vision and the objectives of the Parivartan Yatra.
This roadshow will cover key agricultural regions in Rajasthan, demonstrating advanced STIHL farming equipment such as brush cutters, power weeders, water pumps, and mist blowers. Farmers will get hands-on experience with these tools, helping them adopt mechanized solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Speaking at the event delegates emphasized the need for modern equipment inagri culture, stating, “Mechanization is the way forward for Indian farmers to improve efficiency and reduce labor dependency.”
