Established with a vision to be the role model of learning, research, innovation, and sustainability for the knowledge society, the University of the Future, NIIT University (NU),successfully concluded the 9th edition of its flagship annual techno-cultural fest — Tech FestsiNUsoid v9: Virtual Vortex, a three-day celebration of innovation, creativity, and futuristic thinking. This edition saw record participation, a wider range of competitive events, and immersive, tech-driven experiences that transformed the campus into a hub of creativity and technology.
The event was graced by SP Kotlutli-Behror, Mr Devendra Kumar Bishnoi. In his address, hecommended the students’ creativity and technical acumen, highlighting how platforms like Tech Fest siNUsoid nurture the next generation of innovators and problem-solvers.
This year’s edition saw participation from leading institutions such as BITS Pilani, Amity
University, BML Munjal University, ITM Gwalior, Dronacharya College, Raffles University, and Modi University, further reinforcing Tech Fest siNUsoid’s growing national footprint.
The fest also attracted strong brand collaborations, with partners including BMW Motorrad,
ASUS, EaseMyTrip, Red Bull, Amul, Portronics, Trends, MetaNova Esports, MetaSpace, Free Press Journal, and others — underscoring the confidence of leading industry players in NU’s student innovation ecosystem.
In his address on the occasion, the President of NIIT University, Prof. Prakash Gopalan stated, “Tech Fest siNUsoid reflects NU’s academic culture that thrives on doing, building and innovating. This edition demonstrated how students think beyond boundaries and use technology not just as tools, but as enablers of impact and future innovation.”
