Ashiana Housing Brings Green-Centric Living to Jaipur with Launch of Ashiana Oma

 Ashiana Housing Ltd., listed on the NSE and BSE, has announced the launch of Phase 1 at Ashiana Oma, its premium residential group housing project located in the Ajmer Road micro-market at Mansarovar Extension, Jaipur. Spread across approximately 10.35 acres, the development is planned in two phases and is designed primarily for end users seeking spacious residences within a low-density, green-focused community environment.

Phase 1 comprises 280 residences out of a total planned inventory of 490 units. The project offers exclusively large-format 3 BHK and 4 BHK residences along with penthouses, with unit sizes of approximately 1,740 sq. ft., 2,044 sq. ft., and 2,700 sq. ft. Each residence has been designed with expansive deck areas and sweeping connected balconies to enhance natural light, ventilation, and outdoor living experiences. Ashiana Oma is a joint venture project with a revenue-sharing arrangement between the company and its development partner. The total estimated project cost is approximately ₹558.60 crore, while the estimated investment for Phase 1 is approximately ₹186.78 crore.

The project has been conceptualised around five core differentiators that define the Ashiana Oma proposition. The development features approximately 4.4 acres of green and open spaces, with only around 17 percent building footprint across the site. A state-of-the-art clubhouse inspired by Royal Rajasthani culture and blended with contemporary architectural elements forms a central lifestyle feature within the community. The residences incorporate upgraded specifications including approximately 10.23 ft. floor-to-ceiling height, premium 2026 tile collections, three elevators including one service lift, aluminium formwork construction technology, modern common amenities, water cascade features, and enhanced landscaping elements.

Strategically positioned on the Ajmer Road corridor, the project offers connectivity to the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway and key city infrastructure through Ajmer and Kota Road access corridors. The location continues to witness growing demand from homebuyers seeking larger homes with stronger connectivity and planned social infrastructure.
