AI, Robotics, VR & Simulation Set to Redefine Nursing Education at Global Nursing Summit 2026 in Jaipur

Delegates from 10+ countries are expected; participants will interact with 26/11 Hero nurse Anjali Kulthe and Padma Shri awardee Shanti Teresa Lakra. Eligible nursing professionals will receive 10 Credit Points from the Rajasthan Nursing Council.

Jaipur, 19 August 2026: Jaipur is set to host the Global Nursing Summit 2026, a two-day international platform bringing together nursing, technology, innovation and global expertise under one roof. The summit will be held on September 5–6, 2026, at the Rajasthan International Centre (RIC), Jaipur.

The event is being organized and presented by RH Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., in collaboration with NTAI–Rajasthan, with a focus on preparing nurses and nursing students for a rapidly evolving, technology-driven healthcare ecosystem.

Addressing a press conference in Jaipur, Dr. Rahul Sharma, Chairperson, Global Nursing Summit 2026; Mr. Purushottam Kumbhaj, Programme Secretary; Mr. Mahesh Sharma, Convener; and Dr. Vishnu Soni, Treasurer, shared details about the summit’s international participation, scientific programme, emerging healthcare technologies and academic activities.

“Indian Nurses Must Not Just Witness Change, They Must Lead It” — Dr. Rahul Sharma Speaking at the press conference, Dr. Rahul Sharma, Chairperson of Global Nursing Summit 2026 and CEO & Director, RH Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., said the summit has been envisioned as more than a conventional conference.

“This is an attempt to create a global platform where nurses, educators, students, researchers, healthcare leaders and international experts can come together to experience and discuss the future of nursing and healthcare,” he said. Highlighting the growing role of technology, Dr. Sharma said: “AI and Robotics are not replacements for nurses. They are technologies that can strengthen clinical skills, decision-making and patient care. Our vision is that Indian nurses should not merely witness the transformation of healthcare — they should be prepared to lead it.”

He added that the summit also aims to position Rajasthan as an emerging
destination for Advanced Nursing Simulation, Artificial Intelligence,
Robotics and Healthcare Innovation, alongside its contribution to nursing
education.
