Delhi HC informs the Ministry of Education to remain JEE Advance 2020 performance.

The High Court of Delhi has issued notices to the Ministry for Education, and others, seeking to suspend the declaration of the findings of JEE Advance 2020 and conducting the re-examination of the petitioner ‘s son who is allegedly harassed by the Examination Centre for 45 minutes. He sought to maintain a statement of the results of the JEE Advance until the petition was released. The petitioner ‘s counsel strongly urged the petitioner to cause serious damage if the result is not stayed.

“In my opinion, at this stage, it is not possible to withhold the result of JEE-Advance 2020 where thousands of students have appeared,” the bench said. Singh, in his petition, told the court that at the exam centre, his son was illegally harassed for not bringing passport size photographs. The High Court issued notice to the Ministry of Education Organising Chairman JEE -Advance.  However, it said that there is no such condition to bring a photograph.

In the meantime, the High Court issued a communication on a request filed by Singh to the Minister of Education, the Chairman JEE -Advance and others, listing the case for 7 October. Singh told the Court that, at an exam centre, his petition, his petition and that his petition could not have been retained.

“I think it is not possible, at this stage, for JEE-Advance 2020 where thousands of students were appearing,” the Bench says. He said, however, there is no such requirement for a photo.It aimed at the JEE – Advance for the sake of justice for his son and to direct the respondents to give a weighting to his son. The request was filed by means of RG Lawz Advocate and Consultants. The petition was made in the interests.

“The petitioner ‘s son has again been sent out from the examination centre to avoid carrying a transparent pen. Again, it is either neither necessary nor needed,” said the plea. The applicant said the pen will be issued by the centre according to the guidelines.

The JEE Advance Entry Prüfungs wurde am 27 September durchgeführt. One of the students who appeared on JEE-Advance was the son of the petitioner, who said he was an academically talented student. AIR 30 in JEE-MAIN had been scored by the petitioner ‘s son. The petitioner believed that his son was in his FIITJEE AITSE tests, and that he scored 2, 2 and 5 Ranks in his final three appearances. The FIITJEE AITS are known as JEE-Advance-like. The complainant told the court that his son and his wife insulted him and his wife when he went to appear for the JEE Advance test.
