Despite many hospitals being admitted to the ICU, the disease could not be diagnosed. Ultimately, she contacted the doctors at Jaipur Heart and Multicare Hospital, Jhunjhunu. Where cardiologist Dr. Mukesh Yadav performed cardiograph along with thorough medical examination of the woman.
About these investigations Dr.Mukesh Yadav told the media that on performing cardiograph it was found that all the arteries of the woman’s heart were working properly but her heart pump working only 20 percent which supply blood to whole body, which led to proper blood flow the woman was having trouble breathing due to not getting it.
He told that the cardiac re-synchronization defibrillator (CRT-D) Internal defibrillators are implantable devices for patients at risk of life-threatening heart rheumatic problems. This small device is implanted like a pacemaker towards the upper part of Heart the afflicted patient. Due to which the blood pumping can be accelerated and the patient may not feel tired with respiratory problems and can do his daily work easily.
The device communicates wirelessly to the patient’s physician and allows patients to receive information about the device using the app on the smart phone. Soon, data is given 20 times to enhance remote monitoring capabilities and optimize patient outcomes, and if any type of interference is found, the cardiologist can give the patient’s medication or other information accordingly. This surgery was performed on November 6, 2020 at the state-of-the-art cath lab of Jaipur Heart and Multi care Hospital, Jhunjhunu. Now the patient is doing her daily work with efficiency.
