A Few WeikField Pasta Recipes for you to enjoy
- WeikField Penne Alfredo
Ingredients
- 100gm WeikField Penne Pasta
- 1 cup fresh cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup grated Parmesan or Cheddar
- A few sprigs fresh Basil or Parsley
1. Boil water in a sauce pan. Add the WeikField Penne Pasta and let it cook. Drain and cool.
2. Heat butter in a saucepan until it melts, and then quickly pour in the cream. Keep the flame on medium and continue stirring until the sauce thickens.
3. Add salt and pepper and mix well. Switch off the flame.
4. Tip in the cheese and mix well.
5. Add the WeikField Penne Pasta and toss well. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley.
- WeikField Fusilli Pasta with Roasted Mediterranean Veggies
Ingredients
- 120gms WeikField Fusilli Pasta
- 1 medium brinjal, peeled
- ½ Zucchini
- ½ Yellow squash
- 1 bunch Parsley, small
- Few Basil Leaves
- 7 Cherry Tomatoes
- ½ Carrot
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 8-9 Olives
- 2-3 Garlic cloves
- Few oregano leaves
- Few rosemary leaves
- Few thyme leaves
- To season salt and pepper
- ½ tsp red chilly flakes
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1. Cook the WeikField Fusilli Pasta in boiling salted water for about 10-12 minutes.
2. Pour some oil over the WeikField Fusilli Pasta to prevent it from sticking.
3. Drain once and keep aside.
4. Slice an eggplant into chunky cubes and slice the yellow squash into cubes.
6. Sprinkle the yellow squash and eggplant with herbs, oregano, thyme, rosemary, basil, salt and pepper.
7. Put into the oven for 10 minutes for 250 degrees until cooked yet firm.
Prepare the dressing:
1. In a mixer add garlic, basil, parsley, white wine vinegar, pinch of salt and extra virgin oil.
2. Blend till it turns into a nice paste.
3. Now get the veggies out of the oven and add the pasta, cherry tomatoes and olives to it.
4. Pour all the dressing on the pasta and give it a nice toss.
5. Add parsley and garnish with chives.
- WeikField Pesto Penne Pasta with Smoked Chicken
Ingredients:
Pasta
- 100gms WeikField Penne Pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- ½ cup smoked chicken
- 2 tbsp parmesan, grated
Pesto Sauce
- A bunch of fresh basil leaves
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp pine nuts
- ¼ cup parmesan
- ½ cup olive oil
1. Boil water in a sauce pan and add the WeikField Penne Pasta and let it cook till al dente. Drain and cool.
2. For the pesto sauce, mix all the ingredients, except olive oil, in a blender. Add the oil, a little at a time to emulsify, and continue blending until all the ingredients come together. Keep aside.
3. Toss the pasta in pesto sauce along with cherry tomatoes and smoked chicken. Check seasoning. Finish with a sprinkle of Parmesan on top.
