Surgi magic system inspired from our honorable prime minister’s mission of “Aatm Nirbhar Bharat” took initiative to Manufacture an Indigenous PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) Oxygen Generator plant with his team of experienced engineers and consultants at Jaipur.
He is the third generation of a healthcare business family with more than 30+ years of field experience. Arjun has diversified from a medical equipment supplier to taking over end-to-end hospital projects. He has been instrumental in setting up hundreds of ICUs and medical gas pipeline systems in India.
The oxygen plant is setup at Prithasavi Hospital Jagatpura Jaipur. The highlight of this PSA plant is that it is an indigenously built electronic system. It has been calibrated, designed, and programmed considering the environmental conditions in Rajasthan.
This plant can be scaled down to capacity equivalent to twenty cylinders per day and scaled up to a capacity equivalent to 70 cylinders per day. This system can run 24X7 provided electric backup even capable of filling up jumbo cylinders provided with the booster pump, equipped with oxygen analyzer to monitor the purity of the Oxygen.
Compared to imported plants, this plant is available at almost half the cost and the capacity of the plant is equal to the foreign plant, it has been built from locally procured raw material hence its maintenance and spares are readily available. Arjun Sareen & Team is also ensuring a thorough training to staff to make them independently handle the function of the plant.
