Indian Origin Chef Dayashankar Sharma named London’s best Indian chef 2021

Lands London’s best newcomer 2021 with his restaurant Heritage Dulwich The most acclaimed Asian & Oriental Chef Awards London 2021 which was recently organized
at the House of Lords, London where The Asian Catering Federation (ACF), felicitated many

hospitality, services and supplier sectors. Born & brought up in a small village- Bhojpura Kalan (Rajasthan, India), Four times Michelin Plate Winner Chef Dayashankar Sharma was awarded the Best Indian Chef of the Year Award London 2021 by the fraternity.


ACF recognized the achievements made by industries leading figures from “South sians across the UK”. Continuing its winning ways, Michelin Plate Winner Chef Dayashankar Sharma being declared Best Indian Chef of the Year Award continuously second time.

After the opening of his new restaurant Heritage Dulwich during worst crisis the country’s hospitality sector is facing in living memory, Chef Sharma with his quietly confident abilities and not adverse to facing challenges has also been successfully awarded the London’s Best
Newcomer 2021.

“It always feels great to be acknowledged by the fraternity. I am thankful to my homeland India for making me learn the essence of heritage recipes. Receiving this prestigious award motivates me more to work harder and take the Indian heritage food globally. I feel really honored that our newly opened restaurant Heritage Dulwich also got rewarded by ACF Team”, said Chef Dayashankar Sharma after receiving the award.
