Railway Overhead Electrification, and Signalling & Tractions.The company has a
total of Rs . ……… worth contracts on hand. In media segment,Sindhu Trade links’s subsidiary, M/s Hari Bhoomi Communications Pvt Ltd. Publishers of 9th Largest Hindi Daily newspaper of India.
The Major Customers of the Company are ACB (India) Limited ,Spectrum Coal and
Power Limited Maruti Clean Coal and Power Ltd , TRN Energy Private Limited,etc.
The company also has contracts of coal transportation for Gevra and Dipka Mines in
Chhattisgarh with South Eastern coalfield Limited, a subsidiary of Coal India Ltd.
Sindhu operates through its own huge fleet of 256 Tippers , 122 Loaders , 2 surface
miners , 4 excavators and promoter family owned fleet of 330 Tippers.
The company’s Real Estate segment owns several Land parcels in the area of
Connaught Place, New Delhi and Rohtak, Haryana where it is constructing Two
commercial Towers. Also company has Land parcels in Bilaspur,Chhattisgarh where it is constrcting residential colony with facilities of shopping complex, schools, sports and entertainment complex. In Udaipur, Rajasthan,the company has earmarked land for development of resort, water park, entertainment park,hotels and motels,etc.The
company is developing Smart City Project at Bhubaneshwar where it has won two
tenders for development of land area of around 30 Acres in Bhubaneshwar city,
Orissa.
The Group has a huge land bank at various locations like Rajouri Garden, Delhi,
Bilaspur, Hisar, Rohtak, Raipur, Mewat for Commercial and residential purposes. Sindhu Trade Link, through its Overseas Subsidary,viz Param Mitra Resources Pte
Ltd. has taken a minority stake (30%) in Wisdom Power Ventures Inc. which had
invested in Pacific Hunt Energy Corp/ Pacific Hunt Energy Pte Ltd.
• Pacific Hunt Energy Corp (“PHEC”), Incorporated in Canada along with his joint
operateing partner Young Investment Group Company Limited (“YIG”) have Entered
into two production sharing contracts with Myanmar Oil and Gas Enterprises
(“MOGE”) for the exploration and production of petroleum in Onshore Block PSC C-1
and PSC-H were awarded by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of the Union of
Myanmar.
