After wining much accolades for opening most successful restaurant brands in London, UK, Michelin Plate Winner Chef Dayashankar Sharma is currently on his home country- India visit to hire young talents from F&B industry. His latest brand is a new delivery service and Home dining experience- Jhakaas in London that brings fine Indian food. Jhakaas, a modern Indian delivery brand created during lockdown, has launched its first bricks and mortar site on Brockley Rise in London. During his India visit, Chef Sharma will be visiting various Hospitality Universities to give Young minds a platform in London.

Trained from honing an impeccable reputation right from the beginning across 32 years of culinary experience, Chef Dayashankar Sharma has become recognized for pairing time-honored tradition with contemporary ideas and creating his food with full commitment and passion for every occasion. Chef Sharma will soon be starting a organic lentils and fruit brand in India through which he wants to offer employment to many other.
