Indian Idol ~Audition to take place in Jaipur on 8 th July

Sony Entertainment Television’s Indian Idol is one of the most prestigious and sought-after singing reality shows on Indian Television that has given wings to many aspiring singers on a national platform. The show that premiered in 2004 has given the nation many wondrous voices like Salman Ali (winner of Season 10), Sunny Hindustani (winner of Season 11), and the most recent winner of season 12, Pawandeep Rajan who took the nation by storm with his melodious voice.
 
Kickstarting the auditions in 11 cities in search of extraordinary singing prodigies, the first stop is Jaipur on 8 th  July! Held at the popular Maharishi Arvind Institute of Engineering & Technology Sector 7, Madhyam Marg, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan – 302020, the auditions will begin 8:00 AM onwards. Post Jaipur auditions on 8 th  July, the channel has further planned a robust multi-city audition that will traverse across the country.  It’s a call out for all the young, energetic, spirited talented singers to come and audition at a centre nearest to you in cities like – Bhubaneshwar, Guwahati, Patna, Kolkata, Indore, Lucknow, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Dehradun, and Delhi!    
 
Excited about the auditions, Sawai Bhatt from Jaipur who rose to fame with Indian Idol 12 got nostalgic about his journey and also shared a message motivating the aspiring participants. He shares, “Coming from a family of puppeteers, music was never our core area of work. So, I was extremely startled when I got selected from thousands of budding singers who came for the auditions. It was really hard for me to
believe. So yes, I was very happy to have passed the audition round and experience the Idol journey. I am very thankful to Indian Idol as it not only gave me immense recognition but also helped me turn my dreams into reality. I am very grateful to my
fellow singers as well who are more like family and mentors; especially Himesh Reshammiya Sir who not only groomed me but also gave me a lot of opportunities that changed my life forever. Whether it be Jaipur or small villages in Rajasthan, there
is talent in every nook and corner. I would like to ask all who are giving auditions to have faith in your passion as your hard work will bring you success and you will achieve greater heights. So yes, I urge aspiring singers to please go and audition on
8 th  July as you can be the next davedaar!”
