iPer Mart, a “Mission 500” Supermarkets company celebrated first Anniversary of its launch on 11th April 2023. On this occasion, various programs were organised at each store where the entire staff & management got together to wish each other & to relive the journey that began exactly 01 year ago. The company currently has 08 Supermarkets in Jaipur & adjoining towns of Achrol, Kanota & Newai. To commemorate the occasion, the management distributed sweets & gifts among its staff & customers at its stores. It is worth mentioning that iPer Mart has brought in a sea change to the ways people looked at buying grocery from large super markets.
Currently the company has more than 200 personnel working in various capacities at all the
stores. This is in line with its prime objective of offering employment opportunities to the youth of Rajasthan more so for the young boys & girls coming from villages. The company has also identified more locations in Rajasthan & elsewhere in Delhi, NCR with the aim of making 30 – 40 stores operational by the year end.
The management expressed satisfaction on the progress made by iPer Mart Private limited as a company. It thanked & congratulated all the staff for their effort & cooperation without which this journey would not have been so satisfying. They further informed that iPer Mart is making rapid strides in its journey with every passing day & that it is their desire that more & more employment is generated through their new stores alongside generating revenue for the Government from its day-to-day operations.
From giving preference to women in selection of manpower, to encouraging the differently abled & underprivileged, iPer Mart continues to believe in contributing as much as possible to such socially challenging causes. For the customers, iPer Mart is offering discounts ranging from 5 – 50% & the same is either at par or better than the industry best.
Furthermore, the company informed that they shall build one of the largest grocery supermarkets in Jaipur & elsewhere. The idea is to make quality goods available in large
quantities to a large mass of people. It is also pertinent to mention that iPer Mart stores are a cut above the rest in terms of aesthetics, ambience, engagement & experience. The management further said that their customers are a very happy lot today & they are very confident that they would only be getting better in all the spheres as time goes by.
