Ramashram Satsang Mathura Inc., US based NGO brings Inner Peace, unique guided meditation method to Hyderabad

Close on the heels of a successful Inner Peace, Guided Meditation session that took place earlier this month, Ramashram Satsang Mathura Inc. is hosting a follow-up Inner Peace, Guided Meditation session in Hyderabad on April 29.

Ramashram Satsang Mathura Inc. (RSM Inc.) is an American non-profit organization, promoting a healthy and peaceful lifestyle via Satsang, a unique guided meditation practice
developed by Samarth Guru Chaturbhuj Sahay Ji (Guru Maharaj). Recently, RSM Inc. organized a guided meditation session in Hyderabad. The aim of the camp was to help the
attendees to learn techniques that will reduce stress and anxiety, a very common ailment
that is becoming an epidemic throughout the world.

The camp witnessed the participation of around 150 attendees, who were led by renowned
meditation teacher Shri Sanjiv Kumar. The event took place at the Oakwood Banquet at Gachibowli, providing participants with an opportunity to connect with their inner selves.

Shri SanjivJi, who travels throughout the world, provides practical and pragmatic ways to achieve Inner Peace. He took the attendees on a journey of self-discovery and introspection
through various phases of the expertly-crafted meditative practice. The session included a
40-minute silent, transcendental light meditation which left attendees feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and relaxed.

Post-session, participants shared their experiences, describing the session as a transformative experience. They were able to connect with their inner selves in a way they
never had before, and SanjivJi’s guidance and wisdom was truly enlightening.

The guided meditation session was a tremendous success and served as a reminder of the
importance of making meditation an integral part of our lives.

Participants in the workshop were motivated to make meditation a regular part of their
lives. To help with this, there will be regular follow-up sessions conducted every month by
Shri Mohit Kumar Ji& Shri Amit Kumar Ji in Hyderabad and online by Shri SanjivJi. These
sessions allow participants to become consistent with their practice, which results in more
clarity and peace in their lives.

Satsang helps individuals connect with their inner selves, reduce stress and anxiety, and
cultivate a sense of inner peace and calm that takes individuals to the ultimate “Ocean of
Peace.”
