V-Trans Embarks on a Sustainable Journey

In a world grappling with environmental challenges, V-Trans is proud to announce its steadfast commitment to environmental support through a range of initiatives that promote sustainability, support local farmers, and contribute to a greener future.

In line with our corporate social responsibility (CSR) mission, we have taken significant steps to make a positive impact on the environment, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to fostering a sustainable future.

Empowering Farmers While Preserving Nature
At V-Trans, we firmly believe that when we support nature, we can also uplift the livelihoods of farmers. To further our mission of planting more trees, we have partnered with the esteemed NGO, “SankalpTaru.” Together, we are making strides by planting over 13,500 fruit-bearing trees annually, specifically in drought-affected regions across Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Maharashtra. In the sustained efforts to make difference to the environment as well as the farmers lives in the villages, with time these trees are grown and become a source of farmers’ income from 3 rd year onwards. On an average we have noticed approx. 97% survival rate.

Environmental Impact Statistics: Numbers Speak Volumes
Our collective efforts have yielded remarkable results:
 Trees Planted: 13,500
 Areas Greened: 40 Acres
 Species Planted: 6 fruit-bearing
 Water Infiltrated: 17,15,12,640 Litre
 Oxygen Produced: 27,800 tons
 CO2 Sequestered: 14,504 tons

Socio-Economic Impact: Empowering Communities
Our initiatives have not only benefitted the environment but have also made a significant socio-economic impact:
 Farmer Beneficiaries Supported: 23
 Total Fruits Obtained per Season: 514 tons
 Total Economic Value for Farmers per Season: Rs. 1,15,40,880

These figures assume that a single tree has an average lifespan of 20-25 years.
