Buniyad Rishton Ki 2023, Annual Dealer Conference (Madhya Pradesh) ofMP Birla Cement, held at Yashobhoomi Convention Centre, New Delhi, highlighted the importance of dealers as the voice of the Company to customers, having a major influence on the performance of the organization. Since they drive business forward throughout the year, the Conference was an opportunity to thank them and update them so they could pass on positive message about the Company’s products to customers. More than 850 dealers from Madhya Pradesh attended the Conference.
Mr Sandip Ghose, MD & CEO, Birla Corporation Limited, said that the Company had to be the best in class with the vision of being admired for performance, ethics and culture. The dealers were the partners of the Company in achieving this goal. He further added that Vision, Value, Velocity & Visibility comprised the 4Vs model of excellence, adopted by the Company to improve efficiency in all functions. Of particular help to the dealers was digitization of the logistics operations, adding velocity & visibility, particularly, to the marketing activities.
Mr Kalidas Pramanik, President, Sales, Logistics & Marketing, urged the dealers and market developers to promote the MP Birla Cement brands, particularly Perfect Plus and Rakshak. He said: “While our two premium brands, Perfect Plus and Rakshak, provide better quality of concrete and save cost, these cater to all types of construction needs, as well.”
The conference was graced by the august presence of Mr Jeevan Aashi, Additional Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Madhya Pradesh. The dealers, inducted last year and performing well, were given the “NayaSitara” award.
