Innovher to open new doors for women

Jaipur has also created its own new identity in the startup world, and by further strengthening that identity, Innovher was launched yesterday. The inauguration ceremony of this new initiative to promote Women, LGBTQ+, and Specially Abled Founders was organized at the Rajasthan Innovation Center where many stalwarts of the startup world were seen.

The event also featured a panel with women founders and leaders who discussed “Startup Ecosystem – An Equal Playground or Still a Man’s World?” Present on the panel were Alka Batra (Md: Aegis Jobs. State President: Abwc), Rimi Shekhawat (Implant & Laser Dentistry Centre), Raghushree Poddar (Founder Reme), Dr. Pooja Aggarwal (Group Director,
Arya Group of Colleges Jaipur), and Shweta Singh (Founder SheReal). During the discussion, many such aspects came up which are not generally discussed.

Apart from these, Pushpa Mai (Nai Bhaur Institution, Jaipur), and Chandan Verma (Para Athlete Gold Medalist) also participated in the event representing the strongest of communities. Surashree Rahane (Founder Yearbook Canvas) also shared her experiences which were unforgettable for all the listeners. Along with this, Anamika Joshi (Poet) with her words left an impression on the hearts and minds of the listeners and expressed her views on an important issue.

“There are many strong founders in India who have to face several difficulties due to lack of necessary guidance. And with the aim that something like this does not happen to the coming generations, we have started Innovher. Jaipur’s potential and business sense are unmatched, and now is the time for Jaipur to contribute to the list of unicorn startups.
Innovher will make every possible effort to provide support to Women, LGBTQ+, and Specially Abled founders through mentorship, investment, and networking opportunities.” said Dr. Shweta Choudhary (Founder Director Innovher).

While sharing his vision with the launch of Innovher, Digvijay Singh, CTO, Innovher, shared “Innovher is not just a startup accelerator, it is a movement that focuses on taking everyone together to move forward and promote innovation. Our aim is not just to provide mentorship but to help startups grow and evolve.”.

“With Innovher, we have set a target of providing more than Rs. 10 crore funds in the form of investments and grants to eligible startups in the coming 1 year and we are moving towards it,” he added.

The Innovher team itself makes this campaign stronger. Mentor Sushil Sharma (CEO of Marwari Catalysts) brings his expertise and support as special support to the Innovher portfolio, while the enthusiastic team of Nikhil Gupta as Financial Analyst, and Dishank Sharma as CMO bring their own startup experience and network tp make Team Innovher stronger and better.

With this launch of Innovher, new opportunities for startup equality and inclusivity will open in Jaipur and it is definitely something to look forward to.
