Zepto, India’s leading quick commerce platform, marked its third anniversary with a series of exciting celebrations, emphasizing its commitment to customers, partners, and employees. The festivities kicked off with the launch of a brand film titled ‘Mujhe Kya Milega’, capturing the fun and relatable concept of a man discovering Zepto’s special birthday offer: a free return gift for customers.

On Friday, co-founders Aadit Palicha and Kaivalya Vohra hosted a birthday celebration at Zepto’s Mumbai and Bangalore offices. They invited the first customers and longest-serving delivery partners, recognizing their vital role in Zepto’s journey. This event highlighted the enduring relationships and contributions of these early supporters.
As part of the ‘Mujhe Kya Milega’ campaign, Zepto delighted customers by delivering over 8 lakh return gifts on July 13-14. The celebration extended to social media, with over 100 brands, including Coca-Cola India and Nivea India, joining in to wish Zepto a happy birthday. Additionally, Third Wave Coffee offered a special birthday deal, further enhancing the festive spirit.
To engage customers, Zepto created a ‘party playlist’ on Spotify and hosted contests on its app. One notable contest, launched by Ariel, offered a chance to win an iPhone 15, with winners from Mumbai and Bangalore. In a unique gesture, over 200 Zepto employees, including the leadership team, delivered orders themselves, connecting directly with customers and expressing gratitude for their continued support.
