has approved to Incorporate a New Subsidiary, with the proposed name “Global Mercury Container Pvt Ltd.”
The main object of the proposed company will be Manufacturing & dealing of containers, ISO shipping containers, top cover mechanism for containers, skeleton containers and special purpose containers. The Company will be subscribing 60% of its Paid up capital by subscribing 60,000 equity shares.
Recently, the company reported stellar earnings for Q2 & H1FY25. For quarter ended 30 September 2024, revenue from operations grew by 252.55% from Rs. 552.42 Lakhs in Q2FY24 to Rs. 1947.54 Lakhs in Q2FY25. EBITDA increased by 118.85% from Rs. 110.71 Lakhs in Q2FY24 to Rs. 242.29 Lakhs in Q2FY25. PAT increased by 169% from Rs. 59.36 Lakhs in Q2FY24 to Rs. 159.69 Lakhs in Q2FY25.
