Bartronics India Ltd., a leader in transformative IT solutions, has announced that its board will meet on Janurary 08, 2025 interalia to consider &approve entering into a Memorandum of Undertaking (MOU) with PTW Global Singapore based Semiconductor solutions Company.
Earlier, the company acquired stake 6.47% stake in Ampivo Smart Technologies Pvt Ltd. Ampivois a new age digital health-tech based out of Hyderabad, Telangana with focus on providing innovative solutions which make deep social impact. The company was incorporated on May 11, 2022 and valued at Rs. 75.76 Crores.Objective of the investment is to diversify the business, and enter into the health care technology.
