XLR8AR 2025, Rajasthan’s premier startup conclave organized by Innovher, concluded yesterday with overwhelming success, drawing over 300 participants, including startup founders, investors, business leaders, and innovation lab heads. The event showcased Rajasthan’s immense potential as a startup hub while addressing the critical need for structured support in Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, branding, and investor engagement.
Rajasthan, with over 1 lakh startups, is fast becoming a significant contributor to India’s innovation landscape, yet startups in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities face unique challenges, such as limited access to capital, mentorship, and scalable branding strategies. XLR8AR2025 aimed to bridge these gaps by providing a curated platform for knowledge-sharing, pitching, and meaningful networking.
Speaking at the event, Shweta Choudhary, Founder of Innovher, said, “Rajasthan is home to incredible startup talent, but founders need a structured roadmap to scale beyond local markets. XLR8AR 2025 was created to provide actionable insights and access to a vibrant network of investors and partners who can accelerate growth for these startups.”
Since its inception in2023, Innovher has been actively working to support startups in Tier2
and Tier3 cities, focusing on sectors such as ed-tech, lifestyle, and community building. With a current portfolio valued at INR 33 crore, Innovher has successfully scaled startups by offering seed funding, strategic advisory, and mentorship.
“Jaipur ranks 5th among Indian cities for investment deals, yet many founders struggle to
scale due to a lack of strategic support,” said Digvijay, Operations Lead at Innovher. “We aim to change that with initiatives like XLR8AR by providing structured acceleration
programs, venture building, and curated investor connections.”
