Fine Acers, India’s pioneer branded luxury resort developer and a leader in the sale-and-leaseback investment model, has announced a significant milestone for its flagship Wyndham Grand Jaipur Amer- Spa, Resort & Branded Residences, with the project receiving RERA approval, making it, India’s first RERA-approved Resort project.
Located in the Amer–Kukas/Gunawata region of Jaipur, the five-star resort development is being undertaken in partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. The Resort is designed to combine luxury hospitality, branded residences, destination weddings, leisure experiences, wellness and professionally managed ownership.
The project is spread across approximately 10.5 acres and will feature 278 rooms/keys comprising studios, one-bedroom residences, two-bedroom residences and presidential suites. The development will also include a spa and wellness offering, restaurants, leisure facilities, banqueting and event spaces, and infrastructure designed to cater to luxury travellers, destination weddings, MICE and social celebrations.
