Jaipur’s Commercial Real Estate Market Gets a Design-Led Push with Mahima Primus

As Jaipur’s commercial real estate market continues to flourish, Mahima Group, a Jaipur-based legacy real estate developer, is bringing a new design perspective to the city with Mahima Primus, a premium commercial development at Jawahar Circle on Tonk Road, near Jaipur International Airport.

Designed with the needs of today’s businesses in mind, Mahima Primus moves beyond the traditional office format to create workspaces that focus as much on functionality as they do on the daily experience of their users. The development has been designed to maximise natural light, ventilation, uninterrupted views and flexibility across office spaces.

Speaking about the vision behind Mahima Primus, Nikhil Madan, Managing Director, Mahima Group, said, “Commercial real estate today is increasingly being shaped by how businesses want their workspaces to function and how people experience them every day. At Mahima Primus, we have sought to bring together strong design thinking, flexibility and practical functionality to create a commercial development that responds to these evolving requirements. The idea is to offer businesses a contemporary workspace that is efficient, adaptable and thoughtfully designed for the needs of a modern business environment.”

The architectural vision for Mahima Primus has been shaped by Sanjay Puri Architects, led by internationally recognised architect Sanjay Puri. The practice has received more than 300 awards, including over 200 international honours, bringing its design expertise to Mahima Primus and Jaipur’s evolving commercial real estate landscape.

Speaking on the design vision behind Mahima Primus, Sanjay Puri, Principal Architect, Sanjay Puri Architects, said, “With the way businesses and workplaces are evolving, commercial spaces need to offer more than just functional floor plates. With Mahima Primus, the design approach was centred on creating workspaces that are functional, flexible and comfortable, while making the most of natural light, ventilation and the surrounding environment. The aim was to create a contemporary commercial address that feels purposeful and relevant to Jaipur’s evolving business landscape.”
