All three rating agencies now rate the company at AA+ (Stable) on standalone basis. This reinforces our strong financial profile, capitalisation and enables diversified funding access.

During the quarter, we expanded our footprint to Jammu, an important territory for us by adding one branch there, taking our network to 632 branches across 23 states and over 555 districts as of 30th September 2026.

This helps strengthening our reach in underserved markets.

While the evolving interest-rate environment and heightened competition warrant continued vigilance, the structural demand for affordable housing finance remains strong. We remain focused on expanding our footprint, improving employee and branch productivity and leveraging AI and technology to further drive operational efficiency, while maintaining asset quality, profitability and sustainable long-term growth.”
