In a significant move to strengthen economic ties between India and the United States, the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce will formally launch its Rajasthan Chapter in Jaipur on April 28, 2026.
The launch ceremony will be graced by Diya Kumari, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister, Government of Rajasthan, as the Chief Guest, and Jonathan Heimer, Minister Counselor for Commercial Affairs, U.S. Embassy, as the Guest of Honour, highlighting the growing strategic and commercial importance of Rajasthan in Indo-US relations.
Speaking ahead of the launch, Dr. Lalit Bhasin, National Past President, IACC, said,“Rajasthan’s rapid industrial growth and investor-friendly policies make it a natural choice for expanding Indo-US engagement. Through this chapter, we aim to enable deeper business linkages, policy dialogue, and cross-border collaborations.”
The event will be held at The Lalit Jaipur and is expected to witness participation from senior government officials, leading industrialists, entrepreneurs, and members of the business community.
With Rajasthan emerging as a key investment destination across sectors such as manufacturing, renewable energy, tourism, gems & jewellery, and startups, the new IACC chapter aims to create a dedicated platform to facilitate bilateral trade, investments, and industry collaboration.
The presence of senior representatives from both the Government of Rajasthan and the U.S. Embassy is expected to further strengthen institutional collaboration and reinforce Rajasthan’s positioning as a gateway for international partnerships.
