Aadhar Housing Finance further deepens presence in Rajasthan with 7 New Branches

Jaipur, 05 August 2025 – Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd (AHFL) announced the opening of seven new branches across various cities in Rajasthan. The new locations include Bhinmal, Chirawa, Hanumangarh,Kuchaman City, Sumerpur, Kota 2, and Kishangarh-Ajmer. This expansion will increase Aadhar’s total branch count to 55+ in Rajasthan and its nationwide presence to 590+. This strategic move reiterates Aadhar’s commitment to providing cost-effective home loans to the Lower Income Group (LIG) and Economically Weaker Section (EWS)categories of the nation.

To mark the occasion, inauguration ceremonies were held at all new locations. The event was attended by senior officials, including Mr. Rajendra Kumawat, Zonal Business Head; Mr. Anil Nair, Chief Business Officer; Mr. Sandeep Jain, Chief Business Leader; and other dignitaries from the company.

The Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB), under the Urban Development and Housing (UDH) department, has recently announced new schemes in key districts including Jaipur, Udaipur, Barmer, Kota, and Hanumangarh as part of the state’s 2025-26 Budget. These schemes aim to promote affordable housing across various income segments. This presents an opportunity for Aadhar to bridge the existing gap, provide cost-effective home loans, and easy access to credit across the region.
